Your Nose Knows

Get into the habit of smelling your food! Smelling is an important part of digestion.

Imagine you have a lemon in front of you.  It’s bright yellow and plump. What happens when you cut into that juicy lemon and bring it up to your nose? Take a deep whiff of that crisp, clean citrus burst. Feel your cheeks tingle and your mouth watering?  That’s because the nose triggers the start of the digestion process and the releases a flood of enzymes to help devour and break down whatever food you are salivating over.

I like to smell my freshly pressed juice. It trains my senses to lock in what “fresh” smells like. It also helps me gauge when the juice goes sour.

The more REAL food you smell, the easier it is to sniff out the fake shit.
